General terms and conditions:

1. Area of application:
The general terms and conditions are in effect for orders and purchase of goods, as well as for the delivery through the Internet on the pages at the domain www.austria.at/souvenir-christl and www.mozart-christl.at.

2. Contract partners:
The delivery contract for the purchase and the delivery of goods through the Internet in regard to all products offered on these pages is concluded between clients and Christl.

3. Existence of the contract:
The contract for the delivery comes into existence with the sending of an electronic order and electronic, oral, or written declaration of acceptance and with delivery.

4. Prices and VAT:
All of our sales prices are listed in EURO and include the legal value-added tax. If you order the goods as a company, we ask you to give us your VAT registration number. Deliveries to so-called third countries (outside of the EU) will not be subjected to the value-added tax and the net amount will be billed.

5. Orders:
We will immediately process your online order. You will receive an email from us with a detailed listing of the goods with or without value-added tax depending upon the destination as well as the precise transport costs (ground transport or air transport).

6. Transportation:
We will send small amounts via the Austrian Postal Service with the respectively valid tariffs for ground or air transport, although we accept no responsibility for the stated shipping times of the postal service or the respective delivery service at the destination and ask for your understanding in this. For urgent cases of transport, we can also offer you UPS internationally. We will deliver larger orders by means of our shipping company by means of ground transport or air transport.

7. Payment and order confirmation:
Payment for your order will take place by means of VISA or MASTERCARD. Please make a copy of the front and back of your credit card, definitely write down your card number, the expiration date, the total amount, and your signature in a fax and send it to our business address under the fax number: ++43-662-843464. If you send your credit card data to us through the Internet, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by hackers. After receipt of the fax, this will be sent on to our credit card partners. As soon as we have received positive confirmation, your package will immediately be sent to the address given.

 8. Liability:
The ordering party alone is liable for any problems with import regulation for the products listed, as well as being responsible for customs and fees.

9. Jurisdictional venue and place of payment for all matters from the online order is Salzburg/Austria. Only Austrian law is applicable.
